I'm a Clinical Psychology major at Florida Institiute of Technology, I don't know a whole lot about computers/or study about them even though I spend way too much time on them (I hope to learn more). But, I do know that Firefox is pretty gnarly, and free, so I  thought it would be cool to spread the good word. 
I look forward to telling everyone about Firefox 3.5 on campus, my blog, etc :) I REALLY want internet explorer to get replaced with Firefox on every computer at school!

My name is Mike Geishauser and I am a pharmacy student at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Go Penguins!) and have always been an open source supporter and user.  From the time my parents bought an internet-connected PC, which happened to be a Windows 95-powered Packard Bell (yeah, I know, crap) in 1997, I have found ways to never use Micro$oft products.  I used Netscape on that PC until the Mozilla Suite was introduced, and I have never looked back.  I have used Mozilla Firefox since it's inception as Mozilla Phoenix v0.2, if some of you remember that browser project.  I have converted many of my friends and family to Firefox and even installed Mozilla Firefox 1.0 on all of my high school's science programs when I was in 11th grade.
 
I hope to contribute greatly to this project and to have a goal of Firefox-izing my campus.

Hello everybody.I'm Vishal from Bangalore, India.Around a year and half ago, I wasn't even aware of FF.But the first time I used it some time back, I was really surprised rather fascinated by its sheer performance and speed.From then on it was no turning back.Many browsers have since then come and gone (chrome,opera) but nothing came even close to that of FireFox.The thing that I like most about FF is the countless add-ons you can add to customize your needs.Its like a mini Operating System with almost all the tasks done within the browser itself.What's more its open-source and thats just the icing to the cake :)
All in all, its really my pleasure to join this great community dedicated to the *King of ALL Browsers* and hope to contribute atleast something to this community.

  As of now, I am working with Vineel Reddy for the official launch of firefox in Andhra Pradesh..Hope I do many more projects like this and spread the importance and usefullness of firefox..

I am Joel from Penn State University. I am majoring in Security Risk Analysis in the college of IST. I have been using firefox for a very long time, and  I guess you could say that I am addicted to it, and I like to spread my addiction. I have tested many browsers throughout my years, and have found none better than firefox. It is truely a great tool, and I would be proud to represent it at my campus. I also help teach at my school, which puts me infront of hundreds of students a couple times a week. I am also around 6' 7" so I guess you could say I am a walking billboard. I am trying to enlist a group of friends at my campus to help with the various projects we are going to try and install here. I will also try to get my professors involved in them also, I believe they will be ery interested in trying to introduce open source software to our campus.

I'm a BIG FAN of open source software in general and i think Firefox is just about the greatest thing the WWW has going for it. I can't live without the Firefox browser.

I am Sharath Satheesh from Kerala, India. I am an Electronics and communication Engineering student, doing my third year of studies at St. Joseph's College of Engineering and Technology, Palai. Well, i have been using firefox, since I was  studying in my 9th standard and it was a friend of mine who recommended me to use it, and upon doing it i was bowled over by its user friendliness, the use of tabs abd all, (which the I.E never had at that time). from then on, firefox was my favorite browser. i like it becoz of its many unique features like addons themes and extentions.
Later on, when I came to know and learn about the open source initiative, I could see firefox was the best example to what happens when every one comes together and does whatever they are good at and share it. Thats the spirit of open source, and that is what I think is enabling mozilla spread the fire!
